These Terms govern the Futuresexuals text message (SMS) alert program. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
The program
The Futuresexuals SMS program sends recurring automated marketing and event text messages — including day-of location alerts and updates — to people who opt in on futuresexuals.com. Messages are sent from +1 (855) 673-3196.
Your consent
By entering your phone number and submitting the opt-in form on our site, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Futuresexuals at the number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on events and updates.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan. Futuresexuals does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.

Opting out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (you may also use UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, we'll send a single confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and be the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Privacy
Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
